Information and content on the Spruced website is general information and does not provide advice. The Spruced team takes utmost care to ensure information is accurate and up to date, and make no representations or warranties of any kind, explicit or implied, about the accuracy, suitability and availability with respect to products or content on the website for any purpose. Any reliance placed by the website viewers and buyers on such information is therefore at their own risk.
Spruced reserves the right to change description, pricing and data at any time, without notice.
Images and Content.
Product images and descriptions are guidelines only, Spruced do not accept liability for any error. Any reproduction or redistribution of images, either owned by Spruced or open source is strictly prohibited. A party may not, without prior written permission from Spruced, distribute or store in electronic or digital forms, product images or descriptions, commercial or otherwise.
Product images are indicative of products only, each plant and nursery product has natural variations and unique qualities.
Seed Quality and Quantity.
Seed counts are approximate and are provided as a guideline only. Seeds are measured by weight and will vary cross seed batches.
Seed germination is tested and must satisfy Spruced’s quality standards for each seed batch, before being offered for sale. The buyer holds responsibility for their own germination rates given the number of external factors (including but not limited to temperature, moisture, seed hygiene and growing media) outside of our control.
Plant Quality and Care.
All plants offered for sale must satisfy Spruced’s quality standards. Care instructions are offered in good faith as a guideline only. It is the Buyers responsibility to determine species suitability in their environment and consider all external factors which contribute to plant growth.
Quarantine.
Due to biosecurity restrictions, Spruced are not able to offer for sale some products for sale across all states and territories.
Prices.
All prices on the Spruced website are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) are are GST inclusive where applicable.
Customer Information.
Correct information (Name, address, phone, email) provided during the checkout process is the responsibility of the customer, Spruced will not be held responsible for any errors or lost orders that occur due to incorrect information.
Refunds.
All products sold must satisfy an acceptable quality standard before being offered for sale. Spruced are not required to offer refunds under any circumstances. Should you have concerns regarding the quality of a product, please contact the team within a reasonable timeframe from the date of purchase.
No refunds will be offered for pre-ordered products for either deposits or full payment. The down payment taken on a pre-order signifies acceptance of a contractual agreement for supply of goods.
Shipping.
All orders must be paid for in full prior to dispatch. The Spruced team aim to process orders as quickly as possible. Retail orders are sent via Australia Post on the first business day of the week. Orders that miss the weekly cut-off will be posted in the next mail run. Spruced does not guarantee delivery times of couriers, Australia Post or any other delivery networks engaged. Any person at the recipient address who receives orders will be presumed by spruced as authorised to receive orders. For more shipping information please refer to the FAQ page.
Courier services may be engaged for wholesale orders that are not suitable to be posted. The Spruced team will contact customers to arrange these services on an ‘at needs basis’. Courier services are not available for retail orders.
