Douglas Fir needle tea is high in Vitamin C, A and antioxidants - a refreshing citrus cross pine flavour. Dehydrate or crush fresh. Sprigs can also be used to flavour a range of cocktails including martinis and negronis. Needles/sprigs store well in the fridge for several weeks and dry well on the stems or can be stripped off quite easily by hand.

5L volume of fresh young branches are cut and boxed with ice packs and shipped out every Monday.
